What you will be doing:​​
  • With the guide of Teaching Supervisor, prepare the teaching plan for ESL/EAP/IELTS courses, including teaching materials, principles and methods of instruction, student performance evaluation and so on. The teaching plan needs to clearly show how the teacher is going to organize the class / interact with students in details.

  • Attend the administrative and academic meeting such as workshops & seminars within or out of the organization.

  • Work with curriculum consultant, teaching assistants to prepare, advise, adjust the teaching plan according to students’ progress

Requirements:
  • Strong educational background, BA degree at minimum.

  • Relevant teaching experiences on academic English or ESL.

  • TEFL, TESOL certificate is required.

  2. Provision for overall management, business leadership, development, and supervision within the assigned area of responsibility

  3. Plans and directs the day-to-day operation of the company

  4. Achieving sales growth and profitability of all areas in division

  5. Formulate organizational structure and management system in order to institutionalize and standardize the company’s internal management

  6. Responsible for functional departments (Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) establishments and selecting senior staff positions

  7. Establish targets for Managers and evaluate their performance

  8. Formulate policies and organizational structure for different departments

  9. Represent the company in negotiations with universities/colleges and peer companies

  10. Manage confidential information in regards to employees and clients

  11. Develop strategies to improve services and increase profitability

  12. Hiring, training, objectives setting and performance monitoring of staffs

  13. Gives appropriate feedback and recognition to subordinates

  14. Develop and maintains a work environment that encourages cooperation and reduce conflicts, ensuring a healthy working environment

  15. Maintaining awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, clients and market

  16. Coordinate and participate in events, including but not limited to student recruitment events, information sessions, etc

Terms

  1. Salary is $57/Hour

  2. Working hours per week is 30

  3. Annual salary is $88,920

  4. Permanent Full-Time

Requirements:
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related area is required

  • 2. 5+ Years in management and/or business operations experience is required

  • 3. Previous experience in education industry is a plus

  • 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

  • 5. Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

  • 6. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
